Our Fees
Every price we publish, on one page. All fees are exclusive of GST. You will never receive an invoice from us unless you have agreed to incur that cost.
Debt Collection
A loading fee is payable when you lodge a debt, and commission is payable only on what we actually recover. Choose the loading option that suits the debt — each one is explained in full on the Load a Debt page.

Loading fees are payable on lodgement and are non-refundable. Where a single rate is shown, it applies to all clients.

Commission is only payable when a payment is made by the debtor(s).
Other collection charges
- Database trace: $500.00 + GST where we do not have an address for the debtor. Results are not guaranteed.
- Mileage: $1.50 per km for field attendances more than 25 km from our nearest agent.
- Disbursements: at cost, and only where you have agreed to them.
Private Investigation
A minimum retainer of 5 hours applies to surveillance and general investigation engagements. Full detail is on the Private Investigations page.

These services are priced on the job, because the cost depends on location, urgency and what is involved. Tell us what you need and we will come back to you with a fixed quote before any work starts.

Process serving & document serving
Service of court documents, statutory demands and private documents anywhere in New Zealand.
Enforcement of judgments
Enforcing a judgment you already hold, including attachment and sale orders.
Commercial re-entry
Re-entry and lock-out of commercial premises for landlords.
Before you instruct us
All fees on this page exclude GST. If you have the correct clause in your terms & conditions, collection costs will be charged to the debtor(s). You will be required to pay the loading fee regardless of any terms, and this is non-refundable. Commission is only payable when a payment is made by the debtor(s). Collection costs cannot be added to a court order.
We have no hidden membership fees and you can use our services as little or as many times as you need. Some collection agencies charge lower up-front fees but have other compulsory fees that you discover later. You will never receive an invoice from us unless you have agreed to incur that cost.
