Process Serving Fees
Our process serving fees are based on location, urgency, mileage, number of attempts required, and the complexity of the matter. As a guide, minimum fees start from:
Auckland
from $170 + GST
Minimum starting fee for standard process serving within Auckland.
Rest of New Zealand
from $230 + GST
Minimum starting fee for standard process serving outside Auckland.
Mileage, rural travel, urgent work, out-of-hours attempts, tracing, address verification, and additional attendances may be quoted separately.
Existing clients may have agreed rates. We will confirm pricing before commencing work if the fee is going to exceed $50.00 + GST from the rates quoted above.
An affidavit of service can be prepared on request for a fee of $55 + GST.
We provide clear pricing before commencing. Because every matter is different, final fees depend on the address, urgency, mileage, number of attempts, and whether tracing or additional enquiries are required.
